Agile Training UK: Analysis for Agile Projects |
This 1 day course covers the analysis products and processes required at all points in an Agile lifecycle and gives the delegates an opportunity to practice the techniques. BackgroundAnalysis in any project is required to ensure the project vision, objectives and requirements at all levels are elicited, communicated and tested correctly. Traditionally, these tasks have been undertaken by several people; business managers/users, project managers, business analysts, systems analysts and testers. Although people with these roles may be and are still involved in Agile projects, it is recommended that a single person, fully integrated with the development team, is given the overall analysis responsibility. Active involvement of the business users in the process of evolving the solution is vital to the success of an Agile project, so it is important to ensure that the Analyst does not become an intermediary between the Developers and the Business Ambassadors and Advisors, but rather supports and facilitates the communication between them Course ContentProject WideReview of Agile Frameworks Timeboxing Facilitated Workshops Pre-Project
